Key Responsibilities

Strategic

• Managing, maintaining and developing the company’s key client accounts.
• Maintain & develop the relationship with clients.
• Plan, implement & monitor the work schedules & resources to at its best performance.
• Improve the quality of services.
• Participating in improving the internal communication & process.
• Lead & control meetings with clients.

Tactical

• Analyzing & Resolving Client complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and providing best recommendations.
• Document a detailed brief for your resources as needed (designers, developers, copywriters, photographers, Videographers, etc).
• Prepare project technical documentation.
• Develop quotations, with coordination with Business Development Manager.
• Create and use testing scenarios to assure digital project are as per the scope and free of bugs.
• Reviewing be in control of all documents with relation to the projects.
• Submit monthly reports to management.
• Communicating work expectations to operation and resources.

Other

• Support in all other duties delegated by the direct supervisor.
• Facilitate opportunities to collaborate with other EDESIGN entities and strategic partners.

Qualifications & Experience

• bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent level of relevant experience in fields related to EDESIGN.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal)
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced understanding of Website, Mobile application, Software.
• Basic understanding of programming languages.
• Basic understanding of Servers, Hosting, SEO, Google Analytics, online marketing.
• Saudi nationality, male/female preferred.
• Ability to work in team-oriented environments and also individually.
• Comfortable with face to face clients meeting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
