Animator & Designer
Cairo, EgyptEDESIGN is looking for an Animator/Designer to create motion graphics and visual effects, video games, mobile devices, and other forms of media using illustrations and advanced software programs for animators. You would also be creating graphics and developing storyboards, drawings and illustrations. He/she will plan, script and create animated narrative sequences, and assist with background design and production coordination. You will be working on a huge variety of products, including websites, packaging, books and magazines, corporate identity, advertising, exhibitions and displays.
Key Duties
- Liaising with clients and developing animation from their concepts.
- Creating storyboards that depict the script and narrative.
- Drawing in 2D to create sketches, artwork or illustrations.
- Using diverse styles and techniques.
- Working to production deadlines and meeting clients' requirements.
- Working as part of a broader production team, which might include liaising with other designers, copywriters, photographers, account executives, or marketing specialists.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience working in Design & Animation.
- Higher education qualification related to Design & Animation.
- Artistic talent and technical skills.
- A good eye for detail.
- Communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work with others and to take direction.
- Networking skills and commitment to projects through previous work experience.
- The flexibility to switch between several projects at once.
