Key Responsibilities

Strategic

  • Creating the sales & business development strategy.
  • Updating service provided by EDESIGN to make it more attractive to clients.
  • Enhance proposal content.
  • Uplift the services cost in a way that increase company profit.
  • Enhancing eDesign position in the market.
  • Competitor analyses.
  • Strategic partnership with international advertising agency.
  • Track potential sales people in the market that could fit the company.
  • Uplift PM communication skills with clients.
  • Keep up to date with market knowledge.

Tactical

  • Qualifying prospect leads.
  • Identifies business opportunities.
  • Researching and analyzing potential clients.
  • Building & maintaining client’s loyalty & relation.
  • Understanding client’s needs and requirement & propose the right project direction to them.
  • Full handover the projects to the PM.
  • Upsell & cross sell existing client.
  • Preparing the projects contracts.
  • Follow up with the team for proposal preparation and adjustment.
  • Follow up the financial payment.
  • Client negotiation on projects closure. 
  • Reporting.

Other

  • Support in all other duties delegated by the direct supervisor.
  • Facilitate opportunities to collaborate with other EDESIGN entities and strategic partners.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (preferred) or equivalent level of relevant experience in fields related to EDESIGN.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal)
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Good understanding of Website, Mobile application, Software, social media marketing, SEO, Marketing Automation, Artificial Intelligent, Advertising, SEM, Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality.
  • Saudi Nationality, Male / Female.
  • Ability to work in team-oriented environments and also individually.
  • Outstanding Communication and negotiation Skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
